1. Institutional Commitment to Transparency
Transparency, accountability, and good governance constitute the foundation of the institution's administrative framework. 4. RTI Application Process
- Submission of Application: Submit the RTI application to the designated Public Information Officer.
- Registration and Acknowledgement: The application shall be registered and acknowledged as per the applicable procedure.
- Examination of Request: The request shall be examined with reference to the provisions and exemptions prescribed under the RTI Act.
- Information Processing: The concerned sections shall provide the relevant information, subject to applicable statutory provisions.
- Response and Communication: The applicant shall be informed of the decision or provided with the permissible information within the prescribed timeline.
- First Appeal: Where applicable, an applicant may approach the designated First Appellate Authority in accordance with the RTI Act and applicable rules.
