WOMEN EMPOWERMENT CELL – ACTION PLAN
The Women Empowerment Cell Action Plan focuses on creating a safe, inclusive and supportive institutional environment for women students and staff. The Cell undertakes awareness, sensitization, guidance and grievance redressal activities to promote women's safety, dignity, equality and empowerment.
The Action Plan provides a structured approach for addressing concerns, creating awareness about women's rights and safety, encouraging the reporting of genuine grievances, and promoting mutual respect and equality within the institution.

Awareness and Outreach

Grievance Redressal
Any student or staff member who wishes to submit a grievance may approach the Women Empowerment Cell through the prescribed institutional procedure. Complaints are to be handled with due confidentiality, sensitivity and fairness.
